By viewing and interacting with Dimestore Media video advertising modules (the "game"), I hereby agree that I have read, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions governing Dimestore Media.

1. This is an agreement between you and Dimestore Media, Inc. related to your playing of the Dimestore Media game. The agreement consists of the following terms and conditions as well as the Dimestore Media Privacy Policy. By your use of the Dimestore Media game, you are deemed to have agreed to all of these.
   
   
2. Use of Dimestore Media. You are not to use Dimestore Media for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to any use which disrupts Dimestore Media´s system or other customers, damages Dimestore Media´s property, or interferes with Dimestore Media´s ability to provide service to customers. You agree not to misrepresent your identity when using the Dimestore Media site. You agree to comply with all laws while using the Dimestore Media site and you agree not to transmit any communication that would violate any laws, court order or regulation or would likely be offensive to the other users of Dimestore Media.
   
   
3. Privacy. Dimestore Media will not be liable for any lack of privacy you may experience while using the Dimestore Media site. Dimestore Media has the right to intercept, disclose, or delete any messages sent through the Dimestore Media site in order to protect its rights.
   
   
4. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Dimestore Media BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER THAT ARISE FROM YOU OR ANY USERS USE OF THE Dimestore Media site. Dimestore Media IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACT ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROPER EXERCISE OF ITS RIGHTS UNDER PARAGRAPHS 2 AND 3 OF THIS AGREEMENT.
   
   
5. No Warranties. Dimestore Media MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTY REGARDING THE SERVICE OR THE Dimestore Media site AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Dimestore Media DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO MAKE A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND ON ITS BEHALF AND YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON ANY SUCH STATEMENT.
   
   
6. Agreement. You acknowledge that these terms and conditions are a material part of Dimestore Media´s decision to provide the use of the Dimestore Media site to you.
